Are My Customers Charged ?
A.) Excellent question and one that many tend to forget. Over 95% of all the phone plans currently in place have a text plan included. Your customers are NOT charged to use your service, however, if they do not have a text plan then regular text messaging fees may apply. These fees range from .03 to .10 each.
How Long are our Contracts ?
A.) Every situation is based on the customers needs. Most of our customers are on a month to month basis. Better rates are establish with slightly longer contracts.
Do you take care of Updates ?
A.) YES, we include in our plan that we take care of the updates for you. We want you to concentrate on building your list. We will make sure your bands and specials are kept up-to-date.
What is A Keyword ?
A.) A keyword in the simplest terms is the the "word" that you are texting to the number. For example, text contest to 83361, contest is the keyword and 83361 is the short code.
What is A Short code ?
A.) A "short code" is a 4 or 5 digit phone number that is used especially for cell phone services. By sending a special "keyword" to a "short code" you can get SMS subscriptions, ringtones, wallpapers and games for your mobile phone. In this case it's being used to provide your customers valuable information about your place and communicate your specials and VIP offers.
Can I send Bulk Messages ?
A.) Through our system YES YOU CAN, however BE CAREFUL, many companies offer systems to send out messages to cell phones. You want to be very cautious in dealing with companies within the mobile marketing industry. First the company is required to have a short code to send and receive messages within the US. Our short code is 83361 and we have a few others. any send text messages through email servers, this is ILLEGAL and carries a max fine of $1100 per message. Our company is in full compliance with all rules and regulations.
