Customers text in and are immediately sent back the poll or survey that you can create at anytime or change at any time. Answers are recorded and instantly they are sent back the current results. You can increase participation by creating prizes that are given to every X number of people that cast a vote.

In addition to a standard poll or survey you can use this service for sporting events. Imagine a big game and you run a promo having your customers pick the winner, at the end of the night or during the event you can choose a winner and send them a text.
